Bye, bye paci...

The decision has been made: NO MORE PACIFIER for Evan. Don't get me wrong, I truly don't mind that Evan loves his pacifier, but I would much rather deal with a child that can't yell, "I WANT MY PACI!" than with one that can. The paci has been very useful for our little guy and it's sad to see it go. It's another reminder that our baby is growing up! At 21 months old, he's had it way longer than he should have. So, this is night #1 without it. I highly doubt Evan will sleep through the night (not that he does anyway), but we can only hope this decision will be easier on him than it is on me! Now if we can only get Alison to stop sucking her fingers...
