Every year, the Boy Scouts compete in the Pinewood Derby. The fastest car wins, but this car has to be designed and weigh no more than 5 ounces. A kit is sent home with each Scout that contains pretty much a block of wood and wheels. To me that says, "Here ya go. Figure out how to make this a winner!" Yeah right! EJ would not be entering this weekend's competition without help. These pictures were taken on the first night of planning. The picture you see is dubbed "The Black Widow" with an hour glass painted on the bottom. 
This project would not be complete without my friend's husbands, Ray & Pete!!
