Since picking up this Japanese toy in September, it is rare that he is without his Kendama. Of course, he forgot his eyeglasses on our recent trip to California, but he made sure he remembered this! It is a well-known toy in Hawaii, but not so much on the mainland. He definitely had alot of glances sent his way, and we joked he could put out a hat down on Pier 39 and earn a few bucks. There were many kids watching him while he played.
